In the continuing battle to iron out kinks in the GMT regulations, another shot is being fired. I’m amending Hughes Edict #21 – or, rather, amending it again; and I do this so that the regs will all be in one place for easy access – to include the following:
7) The authority to delegate any or all responsibility for the GMT program will rest with the GMDir, who may consequently either appoint a GMT Coordinator to perform the duties listed above or exercise the authority of this office himself in part or entirely.
