It’s difficult to do this, but it needs to be done. The Seraph is in bad shape and we’re not sure when to expect Doug back, so I’m removing Doug Van Ness as CO. Doug, when you’re able to come back we’ll get you a command ASAP. I’m honestly sorry.
In his place, M. Bret Godfrey is given command of the Seraph (Fleet 5), and promoted to the rank of Captain.
