It’s nice to be able to enjoy your job, and right now I’m doing just that.
Butch Carter has put a lot of effort into making this club fun, and has served administratively in several capacities for some time. He was recently Vice President and Internet Director, is currently AIDir, commands a ship that he designed himself, and is an all-around nice guy. His meritorious conduct and interest in the good of STF has made him a very valuable member.
Therefore Butch Carter is hereby promoted to the rank of Fleet Captain, with all the rights and responsibilities that entails (don’t ask me, I’m not sure either).
Congratulations, Butch.
