Official Promotion Announcement

It is with immense pride and the utmost respect that I announce the promotion of Jack Dipper to the rank of Admiral—the highest honour our club can bestow.
As defined in our Constitution:
Admiral (Adm): Ultra Rare. The highest member rank achievable in the club, Admiral is given by the President to those rare few members who have given their all for many years and have had a significant lasting impact on the club in terms of its development through government and technology as well as a profound impact on how we function and operate through the implementation of long lasting changes that revolutionize the Government, the platform on which we operate or the Presidency.
In recognizing this moment, I am reminded of the words of Pericles:
“What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.”
Jack’s contributions embody this sentiment fully.
From his first Presidency in 2005 and continuing until his 4th term recently, Jack has consistently implemented structural reforms that have shaped STF for two decades. His leadership produced foundational documents and systems that continue to define how the club works today. Among his many achievements:
• Executive Department Edict
• Library Edict
• Speed & AWOL Limits
• Commendation Edict
• Prime Edict
• Fleet Command Council
• Numerous Edict Modifications
• Work in Various Departments and Fleets
Jack has never been a passive leader. His impact is woven through our government, our platform, and our organizational identity. Many of the systems we rely on—administrative, constitutional, and structural—exist because Jack built them, refined them, or guided their development.
For almost two decades, he has given his time, creativity, and ability to ensure STF not only survives but evolves.
Thank you and congratulations, Jack for your hard work and commitment to the club. We would not be where are today without you. This promotion is well deserved.
