“A strong fleet is not measured by the number of its ships, but by the strength and unity of those
who serve within it.”
After due consideration, the Fleet Council has reached a decision regarding the future of the USS
Leviathan. Having served the fleet with distinction over time, and in light of a sustained decline in
activity, the vessel is to be decommissioned effective immediately.
Crew members of the Leviathan who wish to continue their service will be offered transfer to
another active vessel within the fleet, based on availability and preference.
In conjunction with this transition, the Fleet Council is pleased to announce that Riley Williams has
accepted the Captaincy of the USS Wolverine, ensuring continued leadership and opportunity
within the fleet.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Captain Amdirgol for his dedicated service to the USS Wolverine. His leadership and contributions to the fleet are recognized and greatly appreciated.
This course of action has been determined to provide the most stable and sustainable path forward
for both the crew and the broader fleet structure.
TECH is hereby directed, in consultation with the appropriate Fleet Council Member, to depublish
the Leviathan within the next fourteen (14) days.
