I know Steve should be back soon, but in speaking with the FComm-4, we agreed this should not wait as it could adversely effect the ship and hey, if Steve doesn’t like it, he can rescind it when he returns. :)
On the advice of FComm-4, who has removed the CO of the Viking due to chronic AWOLing, I hereby appoint Amber Hagan as CO to the USS Viking.
As Amber already holds the rank of Captain, no promotion is necessary at this time.
