With the recent resignation of Robert Spicer as Commanding Officer of the Viking there has been a whole left to fill. However I would like to thank Robert for his service to the Viking, he will be missed.
On the recommendation of FComm-4 Thomas Bates I hereby appoint Sam Waters as Commanding Officer of the Viking. Additionally with this position comes a promotion to the rank of Captain. Congratulations Captain Waters and may the Sisko have mercy on your soul!
