It is not uncommon for people to remain in this club for many years. What is unique is for those people to consistently and actively play a role in teaching and coaching new members as they appear. To scout for talent and help it develop. This person has been doing so for a long time, and is also a great person to go to for advice on all sorts of matters.
I hereby promote Katherine Dedul to the rank of Vice Admiral, with all rights, privileges, and responsibilities therein.
