This person is somewhat quiet. But he still brings a certain energy to the things he does. And he’s done quite a bit, both within Fleet 2 and Fleet 3, and on his ship, which he has been in command of almost two years now, and has generally done well under his leadership.
I hereby promote Matthew Kleinman to the rank of Fleet Captain, with all rights, privileges, and responsibilities therein.
