“Really that is all we can do.”
The nicest thing about the last day of this term being April 6 instead of April 5 is that I can promote someone again who was promoted at the end of last term. This particular someone has been passed over for promotion for too long. He’s been a significant, reliable force in both Fleet 1 and Fleet 5. And he’s generally a good guy too.
I hereby promote Sidney Parker to the rank of Commodore, with all rights, privileges, and responsibilities therein.
