I hereby appoint Amber Hagan to the newly created Supervisor of Experiments (SOX) position.
This appointment also marks the official date that X-Fleet begins service as defined in the Bylaw on X-Fleet’s Establishment and Supervision. So, the review of X-Fleet is to begin on May 29, 2013.
