Edict #3
Edict #2 is hereby amended. “No member of the council may be a member for more than eight months. After eight months, the council member may opt to stay with the council as an advisor only” is changed to “No member of the council may be a member for more than fourteen months. After fourteen months, the council member may opt to stay with the council as an advisor only.”
Edict #32 of President Mike Bourdaa is also being amended. “All other cadets will hold the rank of Ensign” is changed to “All trainees will hold the rank of Cadet. Their official rank (The rank outside of the ship) will be Ensign.”
They say all great presidents have at least one amendment. I have two. That can only mean good things, folks. ;-)
