The USS Lexington (Trafaglar Class NCC 84700) is hereby commissioned in Fleet 2. It will be designated a slow ship and will obey the AWOL policies listed for the other slow ships.
Robert Anderson is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain and given the command of the USS Lexington.
