The USS Aztec, Visigoth class is hereby commissioned in Fleet 3. The ship will be activated immediately.
Conor Lloyd is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain and given command of the USS Aztec. Congratulations.
The USS Merlin (STF5) a Phoenix class ship is now the USS Merlin, Andromeda class ship.
