Owen Ashcroft has resigned from STF due to time constraints. He was a great member serving a number of positions in STF from GMDir at one time to CO to all around nice guy. He will be missed.
Scott Dale Robison is promoted to the rank of Captain and give the command of the USS Concorde, Fleet 3.
