My first ever Edict! And it gets to be a good one!
On the advice and recommendation of Fleet Captain Chris Grinder as Commander, Fleet Two, I hereby promote Helen Hosick to the rank of Captain, with all of that rank’s rights and privileges.
On that same advice, I further assign Captain Helen Hosick as Commanding Officer of Outpost 45, Fleet Two.
