With the resignation of Samuel Bibb as FComm-1, I have a vacancy to fill. This one wasn’t very hard though, since Sidney comes recommended by Sam himself, and I have first hand knowledge of Sidney’s excellent ability to lead and administrate. Sidney Parker his hereby named the Commander of Fleet 1. Congratulations Sidney!
