With RJ Empson’s resignation, we have a vacancy in Fleet 5. It is my distinct pleasure to promote Sidney Parker to the rank of Captain and name him as the new CO of the Entente. Sidney is one of the most reliable and respectable people around, and he has exciting plans for the ship. I look forward to watching him, and the ship, grow!
