Edict #39 - Stardate 10080.1
“Don.t the best of them bleed it out, while the rest of them peter out?”
While writing my final edict, I realized that I forgot a promotion. This member hasn’t been in the club as long as the others that I’ve promoted, but in the shorter time he’s been here, he’s already made a positive mark. He’s been outstanding as Counselor on the Challenger, reliable, trustworthy, and amazing with the Cadets. In the middle of the term, Fleet 1 had a bit of turmoil, and he got thrown into the middle. He handled the situation with grace and wisdom, and has been moving forward ever since. This guy works tirelessly, doesn’t complain, and is always offering to help out. He’s been one of the easiest guys to work with, demonstrating what being a “team player” really means.
Sidney Parker is hereby promoted to the rank of Fleet Captain, with all the rights and privileges therein. Congratulations Sidney!
