Edict #32 - Stardate 10072.8

Just a few paperwork issues that need to be sorted before you guys boot me from this lovely blue executive washroom. (Thanks for the fluffy towels). I haven’t cataloged Andy’s edicts yet, so if there are any paperwork errors there, they’ll have to be fixed by someone else!
Edict Rouse-Deane #5 is amended to include the stipulation that Joseph Spiros is not banned from the official #star-fleet IRC channel.
Edict Robison #34 is rescinded (a TOS version that has already been replaced multiple times).
Edict Herr-2 #7 is rescinded (although I really wanted to make the gesture, another president already rescinded the edict that Herr-2 amends).
So that makes for a clean washroom for the next President.
