I don’t know if this breaks any records, but I certainly can’t recall any previous president having to replace a single ship’s CO three times in a single term. The Apollo has been plagued with tragic loss and real life issues such that this club has never seen before, and I sincerely hope that this is the last Apollo edict that a president has to write for a long time. Upon the advice and recommendation of the Academy Commandant, Joseph Bradley is hereby assigned as CO of the USS Apollo.
