With the recommendation of the Fleet Commander, Fleet 5, it is my distinct pleasure to promote Ty Napier to the rank of Captain and assign her to the USS Draco as Commanding Officer. Ty has done an amazing job as a DH on a few Academy ships, comes well recommended, and I have no doubt that she’ll succeed as a CO.
Congratulations Ty, I know you’ll do well by the Draco!
