Harley Cartee is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain and assigned as Commanding Officer of the USS Resolution in Fleet 3.
Harley has put a lot of work into the Resolution sim, and I’m eager to see what he and his crew can accomplish with it. Congrats Harley!
