Under the advisement of the Academy Commandant, Russell Watt is hereby promoted to the position of Commanding Officer of the USS Apollo.
The Apollo has been through very rough times recently, with the passing of its most recent two Commanding Officers. With Russ’ success on Oed V, I know he will bring the experience, dedication, reliability, and enthusiasm necessary to pick the Apollo up and bring her to new heights. Congratulations Russ!
