Because of the removal of the former CO from duty, and based on the recommendation of the FComm, I hereby promote Robert McGuffin to the rank of Captain, and grant him captaincy of the USS Trinitron in Fleet 2.
I have not had the opportunity to role play with Rob much, but I do know him as a caring friend. Congratulations Rob!
