Based on the recommendation of the FComm, I hereby promote Brian Olinski to the rank of Captain, and grant him captaincy of the USS Kansas in Fleet 5.
Brian has been an excellent role player and a helpful member for the past year, and I am sure he will serve the Kansas well.
