Better late than never!
/me presses the rewind button to make the date Christmas, 1999.
The USS Arleigh Burke in Fleet 2 is hereby decommissioned.
Outpost 45, a strategic outpost utilizing the Outpost 45 specs, is hereby commissioned in Fleet 2. Steve Johnson is retained as its Captain.
This outpost has waited 5 years and 24 revisions to get this spec, but as the title says, it’s better late than never! Congratulations Steve!
