Based on the recommendation of the FComm, I hereby promote Alisdair Jones to the rank of Captain, and grant him captaincy of the USS Paladin in Fleet 6.
The Paladin has been through a lot of problems recently, but Al has been there recently to help pull her through. I’m sure she’ll continue improving under his leadership.
