In Fleet Command and Other Mundane Matters (“FCOMM”), the following sentence is added to the end of the paragraph entitled “Assistant Fleet Commander”:
“A Fleet Commander may appoint additional training roles within the Fleet; however, no official power may be delegated to these roles.”
The last sentence of the second paragraph under the heading “Restrictions” in the section entitled “Commanding Officers” currently reads:
“Acting DH, Acting XO and Acting CO do not apply to these restrictions.”
This is hereby amended to read:
“Acting DH, Acting XO, Acting CO, and Gamemaster do not apply to these restrictions.”
In the same section, the third paragraph current reads:
“COs are encouraged to use strict discretion when allowing non-canon positions, character types, and second player characters so that their ship maintains a healthy, fun, and canon-compatible roleplaying environment.”
This is hereby amended to read:
“COs of Standard Ships are encouraged to use strict discretion when allowing non-canon positions, character types, and second player characters so that their ship maintains a healthy, fun, and canon-compatible roleplaying environment. COs of Alt RPGs are encouraged to use discretion as appropriate to fulfill the Alt RPG’s charter requirements.”
