Rick Gruby is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain and assigned as CO of the USS Columbus. A big thank you goes to Bob Hillis for his service as CO of the ship.
Additionally, the USS Columbus, NCC-97000-A, Columbus-class is hereby recommissioned as the USS Columbus, NCC-97000-B, Viking-class.
Krystelle Bromilow is hereby assigned as CO of the USS Challenger.
