With Andrew Robinson’s LOA now lasting for over a month (and the fact he told me to do this if necessary <G>), he is hereby released as Fleet Commander of Fleet 5.
Russell Watt is hereby assigned as Fleet Commander of Fleet 5.
Russ, please have your assistant named in Command by the end of the week. Daniel, remember that you’ll need a new assistant as well, per FCOMM. :)
