Based on the recommendation of Fleet 3 Command, Chris Taylor is hereby released as CO of the USS Athena due to AWOL.
Also based on the recommendation of Fleet 3 Command, Jim Hosick is hereby promoted to Captain and assigned as CO of the USS Athena.
