Once again, this is certainly not something I intended to have to bring up again, but here we are.
I sent a more detailed e-mail to Aaron regarding his temporary ban a few minutes prior to issuing the Edict. In his response to me, he used profanity beyond what is acceptable in the club, made hateful and defamatory comments, attempted to deceive me about the course of events surrounding the second complaint against him, and threatened that he would go to Pair (that’s who hosts our web site) if anyone in the Cabinet e-mailed him.
I had sincerely hoped that the temporary ban would give Aaron time to realize what a valuable asset he could be to the club and allow him to return and prosper. Unfortunately, his response of a direct threat to the existence of the club and his continued harassing, abusive behavior will prevent me from giving him that opportunity.
Aaron Carroll is hereby permanently banned from STF, as well as from all STF-related resources, including the official IRC channel.
Cabinet members, please be aware of Aaron’s e-mail restriction. If there is something that you need to e-mail him about, please notify me and I’ll see that it gets to him.
