With the advice of both incoming and outgoing Fleet 5 Command, it is my pleasure to promote Russell Watt to the rank of Captain and to assign him as CO of the USS Draco, Fleet 5.
As for Fleet 5, Geoff Joosten is assigned as acting Fleet Commander, Fleet 5, until we can work a few things out. Given the holiday season, I would appreciate it if you could appoint an acting Assistant, Geoff.
