I hate to disturb the peaceful chirp of the crickets here in Command, but there is a small matter of a CO to attend to. :-)
David Yim is hereby promoted to Captain and assigned CO of the USS Draco, Fleet Five, replacing Dustin Bukowski who resigned that position.
Although he has resigned as CO, Dustin Bukowski is retained as Fleet Commandeer of Fleet Five.
