“What a Lucky Crewman”
Ah, Lucky 13. :-)
A new rank shall be added to the WeBB system, to be included on AutoRosters. This rank shall be called “Crewman”, and shall serve to label characters who serve on a ship but are not officer grade, nor did they attend Starfleet Academy. It shall be ordered below “Ensign” but above “Civilian”.
This addition shall not in any way effect existing policies regarding the ranks of incoming new members. This rank is made available to COs for use on characters for existing members at the discretion of the CO.
This Edict does not necessarily preclude the addition of a Chief Petty Officer rank at a later date, but for now I’d rather start slow and see what happens.
