Ralf Steen has offered his resignation as XO of the USS Discovery in the Academy Fleet, due to Real Life pressures. The Academy staff and President thank him for his service over the past several months.
Emma Rouse-Deane is hereby appointed XO of the USS Discovery, Academy Fleet.
