Pursuant to the authority vested in the Office of the President, the following directive is hereby issued and takes effect immediately. Following the vacancy in the office of Governor of OED V, I, in consultation with the Fleet Council Chairman, do hereby appoint Ryan Williams as Governor of OED V, effective immediately.
Before recognizing this appointment, I wish to express my sincere appreciation to James Sinclair for his service as Governor of OED V. His time and dedication to the colony are gratefully acknowledged, and I thank him for the effort he devoted to its administration. On behalf of Star-Fleet, I wish him every success in his future endeavors.
OED V has faced its share of challenges in recent months, and there is much work ahead to restore the colony to the thriving role it has long held within Star-Fleet. Revitalizing a colony is never an easy undertaking, but it is one that presents tremendous opportunity for growth and renewed success.
Ryan Williams has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment to Star-Fleet. His experience as a Commanding Officer, Gamemaster Director, and mentor has repeatedly shown his ability to build active, engaging roleplaying environments and inspire those who serve alongside him.
The Fleet Council and I have every confidence that, together with the citizens and crew of OED V, Ryan will breathe new life into the colony and lead it into a new era of activity and success. We believe his leadership, coupled with the dedication of the colony’s members, will restore OED V as one of Star-Fleet’s premier roleplaying communities.
On behalf of the Office of the President and the Fleet Council, I congratulate Ryan Williams on his appointment as Governor of OED V and wish him every success in this new command.
I also ask the citizens and crew of OED V to extend Ryan their full support as he begins this important chapter in the colony’s history.
