With Ryan Williams retiring from STF, the USS Draco needs a new CO.
Its my pleasure to announce that Mike Diamond is hereby given command of the USS Draco in Fleet 5, with all the rights and privileges that come with such a posting. Mike already holds the rank of Captain, so he dosen’t need a promotion.
