This ties in with Edict 44, just written.
Mike was not alone in stepping up to the plate and doing what had to be done to take care of Fleet 1.
Add to the mix, taking on the Alternative RP area of the Bonni, and working her through trials that have crept up here and
there.
Krystelle Bromilow has been a part of STF for quite a while. She has shown her dedication to STF in many ways, and has balanced
serious RL issues with club participation (the club taking a less significant role during those times) - an example of
something that we can ALL learn from Krys.
I hereby promote Krystelle Bromilow to the rank of Fleet Captain, entitling her to all the rights and privileges that accompany
such a rank.
Congratulations Krys, and thank you for your dedication, and the examples that you set.
