Seeing as how the Kearsarge in Fleet 5 is just about destroyed, a new ship will be commissioned with this edict. Some may
recongnize it from days gone by in fact :).
The Kearsarge-class USS Seraph, registry NCC-97007-A is hereby commissioned in Fleet 5, replacing the destroyed USS Kearsarge.
