Robert Harvey is a dedicated member of STF, who clearly has the club’s best interest in mind. He’s shown his dedication in many
ways, the least of which being his willingness to take over the GMD and get things working again. He’s put a lot of hard work
into the GM department, as well as into his AFCOMM position, his Captaincy, and every other position he’s held in STF.
It is my pleasure to announce that I hereby promote Robert Harvey to the rank of Fleet Captain, with all the rights and
privileges that entails.
