I hereby ban Levi Frasier, aka James Carter, from STF, for a period of 60 days. Levi has decided that he would open a new STF account (as James Carter), with a new email address, in an attempt to deceive club members. Levi has been notified that a second offense will incur a harsher punishment.
By my order, the Pdept has stepped down his accounts to a “guest” level to enact the ban. I ask now that you also scramble the password to his account. Please be aware that his ban is in effect until July 25, 2004.
Idept, please delete the account for “James Carter”.
