This Edict is an ammendment to Dugan Edict #25. The ammendment occurs in the following area of said Edict: the name “Arbuckle Ship Yards” is changed to, and will now be known as “Scottie Testing Centre”.
All other information in Dugan edict 25 stands as written.
Idept, please pay special attention to the spelling of the new name.
Out of respect to Larry Garfield, creator of “Arbuckle Ship Yards”, please make this change as soon as possible.
