Stu’s unfortunate iLOA has left a few spots that need filling. So, I reckon I should get started :).
Edgar Cramer is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain, with all rights and privileges due such a rank, and given command of the USS Paladin, currently residing in Fleet 5.
