I debated waiting on this Edict, to let the shock of DD leaving wear off a bit, but in the end, decided that keeping things running smoothly was most important. DD was very aware that she would make this decision, and she was kind enough to provide me with recommendations for her successor, and enough notice ahead of time to make a decision.
