The following are awarded Presidential Commendations:
Admiral Steve Johnson
Steve has continued to be a stalwart of the club, offering steady advice and guidance throughout the term while working tirelessly behind the scenes as Personnel Director and as CO of the USS Challenger. Unfortunately, as he is already an Admiral - and we have yet to establish the rank of “Grand High Admiral” - he will have to settle for a Presidential Commendation!
Captain Louis Harvatt
Louis has recently returned to STF and immediately thrown himself into the work of the CMMB - running the awards, supporting Krys with external engagement, and leading the member survey. His enthusiasm and energy have significantly strengthened the CMMB, and he is deserving of recognition for his contributions this term.
Fleet Captain Tom Hillman
In his characteristic quiet and steady manner, Tom has provided invaluable support to the club as GM Director and as a regular participant in command discussions. He took the lead on the discussions around centralising GM allocation and on drafting the resulting bill, enabling a whole-club view of GM appointments.
Vice Admiral Krys Knight
Since joining the CMMB, Krys has demonstrated exceptional focus and drive in strengthening the club’s recruitment efforts. She has taken the lead on several external engagements, most notably the recent Simming Hub event, and has revitalised the animal naming ceremonies, bringing a welcome lift in morale across the club.
