“Attention all decks, all divisions. Effective immediately, I have handed over control of this vessel to Acting Captain Wesley Crusher.”
My first promotion edict goes to someone who has risen to the challenge of being a Fleet Commander, having only done it once before. At the start of the term, he had a couple of ships that needed a bit of attention to get them back on track. He has worked with the COs to improve the ships, as well as making sure they were aware of their own limits.
Therefore, Jerome Davis is promoted to Fleet Captain, with all the privileges and responsibilities of that rank.
