I lied in my last edict - this is going to be my last one.
This final promotion goes out to someone who works hard both publicly and behind the scenes. She has spent the last eight months putting up with my ranting, with my ideas, and with my LOAs. She has been both supportive and understanding, yet not afraid to slap me when needed. On top of that, she has made some major changes to the Personnel Department, including creating the first PDE, and redesigning the PDept’s pages.
I could go on, but time is short. So, I hereby promote Jen Herr to the rank of Fleet Captain, with all the rights and privileges it entails.
