Right, time for those ?end of term? edicts everyone?s been dying to hear :)
The first one goes to a member of the club who I?ve only personally known since starting my term. During that period, I have come to trust him immensely, and he doesn?t seem to mind me ranting about things to him ? which is a good thing!!
In the past, Sy has held the position of Academy Commandant and, more recently, AFComm 1, before being made FComm 1. During his time as AFComm 1, he looked to improve the fleet as much as he could. Not only is he involved with the government, but he shows the true makings of a good Captain, and looks after the Bonnie as much as he can. On that note, any applications for the Bonnie should be sent to him <G>.
So, without further ado, I hereby promote Symon Silvester to the rank of Fleet Captain, with all the rights and privileges it entails.
